Kraemer & Martin has created an infrastructure with its Sample Service Centre that has ensured for more than 15 years that samples reach customers consistently, quickly and reliably. Our Sampling Service Centre occupies a niche on the German market, not least of all thanks to the outstanding service it provides.

A highly-modern warehouse with separate storage sections takes full account of the individual safety and temperature requirements prevailing for the various products.

Our staff are specialists in their particular field and they extend their know-how regarding the despatch of chemicals and the latest regulatory requirements in regular training sessions (IATA, DGR, ADR).

Orders are triggered via a direct link in the SAP software system of the supplier, through an internet platform or more conventional means.

Large packing drums are refilled with modern technology into corresponding product packs of 100 g to 25 kg to correspond to customer requirements, packs that also conform to the UN guidelines for the despatch of hazardous materials.

Comprehensive documentation comprising the delivery note, product information sheets, specifications, analysis certificates and corresponding labelling is something that can be taken for granted.

Not every logistics company transports every product. To ensure that the samples also reach customers quickly, we cooperate with all the large logistics providers. This enables us to despatch your samples within 24 hours of order receipt – worldwide.
