Filling under clean room conditions

Being the first German chemical distributor to have passed through the ESAD II Assessment, we can offer our customers products that are guaranteed in terms of their safety and transparency. The European Single Assessment Document is a detailed status report which enables manufacturers of chemicals to be able to assess the safety, health, environmental and quality requirements for themselves.   

Kraemer & Martin is equipped with the most modern clean rooms in which auxiliary materials are filled for the cosmetic, food or pharmaceutical industries and where the requirements of the ESAD regulations have to be satisfied to the full.  

To satisfy these requirements, clean rooms may only be accessed with special working clothes being worn and all the appliances and machinery as well as containers and pallets are checked stringently with regard to their suitability for use.

A permanent overpressure and highly-modern air filtration technology means that even the very smallest particles can be kept away from the filling areas.

Further, Kraemer & Martin has diverse clean room sections, a fact that enables foods and solvents to be filled on quite separate equipment.  

Only meticulous checks in our own laboratories provide the guarantee that those products filled in our clean rooms satisfy the quality standards demanded. Of course, our responsibility and accountability towards people and environment is confirmed by independent audit institutions. Our laboratories are certified as per DIN ISO 9002 as well as DIN ISO 14001 and are subject to regular inspections.
