Foundation of Kraemer & Martin Pharma Handels-GmbH as an independent unit in Krefeld

Foundation of KMF Laborchemie Handels-GmbH in Sankt Augustin

Introduction and certification of the quality management system as per DIN ISO 9002 – the then current norm which is expressed today in the EN ISO 9000ff set of standards – as one of the first suppliers of chemicals in Germany

1997

Introduction and certification of the environmental management system as per DIN ISO 14001

1999

GMP audit of Kraemer & Martin Pharma Handels-GmbH as the first API distributor in Germany

2001

Construction of a new office complex in Sankt Augustin and simultaneous installation of two clean rooms for the filling of combustible and non-combustible liquids under ESAD conditions

2003

Inclusion in the European Azelis Group

2004

Certification as per ESAD II as the first chemical distributor in Germany

2006

Acquisition of the German coating specialist Thorson Chemical GmbH in Düsseldorf
